Abstract:
The present invention provides a production quality prediction method and system, and a computer readable medium. The method is adapted for quality prediction on a product produced by means of at least some continuous production processes. The method comprises the following steps: providing a plurality of sensors in a plurality of production processes comprising continuous production processes and used for producing a product, wherein the sensors are adapted to collect process data; during production of the product, acquiring a collecting moment of each sensor; for any sensor, calculating a production completion time after the sensor; according to the collecting moment and the production completion time, calculating a product time corresponding to any sensor; and when all the production processes are completed and the product is obtained, estimating a quality condition of the product according to the process data collected by the plurality of sensors and the product times. By associating the process data collected by the sensors with the product times of product completion, in the present invention, the quality condition of each product unit of the product can be estimated.
