Abstract:
A production system for a hyaluronic acid facial mask, comprising an unwinding mechanism (1) for supplying a base material (5), a spinneret mechanism (2) for spinning the base material (5) into a hyaluronic acid layer using an electrostatic spinning method, a winding and laminating mechanism (3) for overlaying a protective paper (6) onto the hyaluronic acid layer and winding a facial mask, a tension control mechanism (7) for keeping the base material (5) at zero tension or approximate to zero tension and disposed on the unwinding mechanism, and a plurality of transport roller assemblies (4) for conveying the base material in the production system. The winding and laminating mechanism comprises a laminating assembly and a winding assembly. The running speed of the base material on the unwinding mechanism, the spinning mechanism, and the winding and laminating mechanism is a first running speed, a second running speed, and a third running speed, respectively. The first running speed is greater than the second running speed and less than the third running speed. The hyaluronic acid facial masks produced in batch by the production system are stable in quality, have instant, instantaneous and perspective disappearing effects, and have good water replenishing effects, and the unique experience of the user is improved.
