Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a production system for naphthalenesulfonic acid, comprising a reaction kettle, a devolatilization device, a collection device, a separating device, which are connected in sequence, and also a pre-storage tank connected to the discharge port of the devolatilization device, a finished product storage tank, a naphthalene storage tank and a sulfuric acid storage tank. The pre-storage tank communicates with the reaction kettle and the finished product storage tank, respectively. The reaction kettle comprises a kettle body, a thermometer provided at a lower portion of the kettle body, a pressure gauge provided at an upper portion of the kettle body, an emptying pipe communicating with an emptying port provided at an upper end portion of the kettle body, and a cooling device provided at the bottom of the kettle body. The kettle body is further provided with an opening and closing cover for opening and closing the emptying port and located in the emptying pipe. The opening and closing cover is an upwardly protruding arc-shaped cover plate, one end of the arc-shaped cover plate being rotatably connected to the kettle body, and the other end being pressed on the kettle body. The naphthalene storage tank and the sulfuric acid storage tank are respectively in communication with the upper portion of the kettle body. The naphthalene outlet of the separation device is in communication with the naphthalene storage tank. The present utility model has high production efficiency, is environmentally friendly, and has a high conversion rate of the target product.
