A production technology for PET slow recovery filler comprises the following steps: manual fiber blending→first fluffing→second fluffing →filling→sealing. Optimized blending is performed on PET or PET blended three-dimensional crimp fiber being 10-20 mm in length and 3-6 dtex in fineness and known PET or PET-blended three-dimensional crimp fiber. During blending, the PET three-dimensional crimp fiber and the known PET three-dimensional crimp fiber are designed having a gradient relation regarding thickness, length, crimp, and quantity. Accordingly, a third filler can enter the gaps between fibers of the second filler, the second filler can enter the gaps between fibers of the first filler, a three-dimensional structure is formed after the blending of similar fibers, and when the three-dimensional structure receives external pressure, the degree of deformation of the pillow filler is reduced due to the three-dimensional supporting effect; and meanwhile, by optimization of the relation between thickness, length, degree of curvature, and quantity of the three kinds of filler, undue reduction of fill power of the pillow caused by excessive increase in filler density is avoided.
