Abstract:
A production technology for a screw-thread steel bar with three ribbed sides comprises a pretreatment working procedure (1), a roughing rolling unit (3), a first shearing device (5), an intermediate rolling unit (6), a second shearing device (8), a finishing rolling unit (9), a third shearing device (11), a reducing sizing mill unit (12), a fourth shearing device (14) and a post treatment working procedure (15) sequentially, wherein the roughing rolling unit (3), the intermediate rolling unit (6), the finishing rolling unit (9) and the reducing sizing mill unit (12) are all three-roller rolling mills. Crescent-shaped grooves matching the rib portions of the steel bar surface are engraved in the roller faces of the last three-roller rolling mill of the finishing rolling unit (9). According to the production technology, the high-strength three-roller rolling mills are arranged on the whole line to enable a large rolling power, and guarantees are provided for fine grain steel bar production in a controlled rolling and cooling mode under large single-pass pressure; in addition, orderly production of the novel screw-thread steel bar with the high-strength grade can be achieved by arranging temperature control water tanks at multiple positions on the whole line, on-line temperature control cooling the rolled pieces through media such as water and gas, and adopting a reasonable rolled piece temperature window in cooperation with the large-pressure technology of the rolling mills.
