Abstract:
The invention is a connection apparatus (1) used for joining the constructions in the construction sector, in pipe support systems, by positioning within a profile (2) having mounting holes (2.1) on it. The invention is characterized in comprising the following; a connection body (1.1) on which there is at least one alignment hole (1.3); at least one connection element (1.2) which is located on the alignment hole (1.3) on said body (1.1); engaged with the mounting holes (2.1) on said profile (2);at least one holding element (1.4) which is engaged with said body (1.1); to which an alignment bar (1.5) is connected and thus, said connection body(1.1) is brought to the line of the mounting hole (2.1) at the required distance within said profile (2).

Claims:
CLAIMS

1- A connection apparatus (1 ) used for joining the constructions in the construction sector, in pipe support systems, by positioning within a profile (2) having mounting holes (2.1 ) on itself, characterized in comprising the following;

- a connection body (1.1 ) on which there is at least one alignment hole (1 .3),

- at least one connection element (1.2) which is located on the alignment hole (1.3) on said body (1.1 ); engaged with the mounting holes (2.1 ) on said profile (2), - at least one holding element (1.4) which is engaged with said body (1 .1 ); to which an alignment bar (1 .5) is connected and thus, said connection body (1 .1 ) is brought to the line of the mounting hole (2.1 ) at the required distance within said profile (2). 2- A connection apparatus (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; said holding element (1 .4) is a nut engaged on the body (1.1 ) in a manner that the clearance section faces the floor.

3- A connection apparatus (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; said alignment holes (1.3) and connection elements (1.2) are two for each.

4- A connection apparatus (1 ) according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that; said connection element (1.2) is preferably a square neck screw.

Description:
A PROFILE CONNECTION APPARATUS

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention is related to a connection apparatus used for joining the constructions in pipe support systems in the construction sector in a fast manner.

The present invention is particularly related to a profile connection element which enables engaging with any mounting hole at any distance within the profile.

PRIOR ART

The buildings are constructed increasingly higher today therefore the question of how to make the connection of the mechanical installation in the constructions causes serious problems for the installation engineers required to be solved. The requirement of solution providing for the thermal motion effects except only the weights of the pipes which progress horizontally or vertically within the building or on the roof, contraction of the building in time (creep effect), fixation to the construction against earthquake loads are obtained by means of the pipe support systems.

In the construction sector, the connection elements are used in order to join the construction in the piping support systems in a fast manner. However it is difficult to mount these connection elements from the interior section of the profile, even it is impossible depending on the distance. Therefore, labor costs of these systems which are difficult to configure are also higher.

As a result the abovementioned problems and the problems that cannot be solved under the light of the prior art make it necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a connection apparatus in order to eliminate the abovementioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field. The main aim of the invention is to provide engagement with any mounting hole at any distance where the arm of the human cannot reach within the profile in construction systems. It provides a faster and a safer engagement compared to the current systems.

In order to obtain the abovementioned aims, the invention is related to a connection apparatus used for joining the constructions, in the construction sector, in pipe support systems, placed into the profile with mounting holes on it. The invention is characterized in comprising the following;

- a connection body on which there is at least one alignment hole,

at least one connection element which is located on the alignment hole on said body; engaged with the mounting holes on said profile,

- at least one holding element which is engaged with said body; to which an alignment bar is connected and thus, said connection body is brought to the line of the mounting hole at the required distance within said profile.

The present invention shall be evaluated by the figures explained herein below in order to understand the structure and advantages with additional elements fully.

In this detailed description, the novelty of the present invention is described by means of the examples in a manner without creating any limiting effect and for only clarifying the subject matter.

In Figure 1 an example embodiment of the connection apparatus (1 ) is given. The connection apparatus (1 ) comprises, a connection body (1 .1 ) on which it has at least one alignment hole (1.3); at least one connection element (1.2) located on the alignment hole (1.3) on said body (1.1 ); a holding element (1.4) engaged with said body (1 .1 ). Said holding element (1.4) is preferably a nut. The clearance section of the nut is positioned in a manner to face the floor. An alignment bar (1 .5) is engaged into this clearance.

In figure 2, the connection element (1 ) is seen in an engaged manner to the profile (2) structure having holes on the side surfaces with equal intervals. The connection element (1 ); is passed into the box profile by engaging with the alignment bar (1.5) comprising a screw structure at the end part of it with the holding element (1.4). The connection apparatus (1 ) is placed on the mounting holes (2.1 ) at the required level within the carrier profile (2) by means of the connection elements (1 .2) located on the alignment holes (1.3) on the body (1.1 ) of the connection apparatus (1 ). The connection elements (1.2) on the positioned connection element (1 ) fit on the mounting holes (2.1 ) with end sections protruding outside the profile. Connection correspondences (3) comprising holes with equal intervals are engaged with these connection elements (1.2) by means of fixing elements (4). The alignment bar (1.5) is removed and taken from its place after the engagement process.

Said connection elements (1 .2) are preferably square neck screws. Mounting holes (2.1 ) on said profile (2) are preferably with square form. Said fixing elements (4) are preferably nuts. The alignment holes (1.3) located on said body (1 .1 ) and the connection elements (1 .2) are preferably two for each.
