A profile generation device (200) generates a second user profile on the basis of a first user profile. The profile includes first information and second information. The profile generation device (200) comprises: a first weighting unit (221) for weighting the first information for the first user profile; a second weighting unit (222) for weighting the second information for the first user profile; and a generation unit (231) for generating the second user profile by weighting the first user profile by the first weighting unit (221) and the second weighting unit (222).
