Title:
PROFILED CHANNEL IMPULSE RESPONSE FOR ACCURATE MULTIPATH PARAMETER ESTIMATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/138156
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for a network node includes transmitting channel state information reference signals for a plurality of channel components to a user equipment (700); receiving an estimated plurality of channel components from the user equipment (704); storing the estimated channel state information (706); calculating a profiled parameter estimation for each multipath component (706); transmitting the profiled parameter estimation for each multipath component to the user equipment (712); receiving estimated deviations in the multipath component parameters overtime from the user equipment (718); and adapting the channel state information with the received estimated deviations in the multipath component parameters to obtain an improved prediction of the channel state information (720).
