Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention reduces the burden on a clinical trial executor and a cooperator needed for collecting prognosis report information from a patient to whom medicine has been administered, and thereby achieves improvement in efficiency of a clinical trial. A prognosis report collecting assistance device according to one aspect of the present invention: acquires, via a network from an information processing device used by a clinical trial executor of a chemical agent, clinical trial protocol information including a plurality of survey items defined in advance for each clinical trial; generates survey form information for surveying the prognosis of a patient by converting, on the basis of conversion rules stored in advance, the plurality of survey items included in the acquired clinical trial protocol information; distributes the generated survey form information to a terminal device of the patient via the network; receives, via the network from the terminal device, prognosis report information indicating results of answers by the patient to the survey form information; and transfers the received prognosis report information via the network to the information processing device of the clinical trial executor.
