Abstract:
With respect to plural ink jet printers, variations in color reproduction characteristic among the respective ink jet printers are properly reduced. A program for causing a computer to perform image formation processing causes the computer to perform output image generation processing (S54) for generating output image data on the basis of print data. Plural printing devices print the same image on the basis of the output image data adjusted according to color reproduction characteristics of the respective printing devices. The output image generation processing (S54) includes rasterization processing (S62), device common color conversion processing (S64) for performing common color conversion on the plural printing devices by using one ICC profile, and device-by-device adjustment processing (S66) for performing adjustment to reduce variations in color reproduction characteristic among the respective printing devices by using calibration information provided for the respective printing devices.
