Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to establish a technique by which it is possible for data indicating a specific state among many states to be shared promptly among users and devices. A state monitoring unit 102 monitors whether a designation of a specific state is being sustained in a user terminal 1-1 that is carrying out access with a first identifier. A second identifier generating unit 103 generates a second identifier when access by the user terminal 1-1 using the first identifier has been accepted by an acceptance unit 101. An association management unit 104 manages an association between the first identifier which corresponds to the specific state and the generated second identifier in either a period in which the designation of the specific state is sustained in the user terminal 1-1 or a prescribed period from the end of said period, and afterwards revokes the association between the first identifier and the second identifier when either the termination of the designation of the specific state in the user terminal 1-1 or the elapse of the prescribed period from said termination has been monitored.
