Abstract:
A server 20 of an employment registrant management system 1 executes, as functions thereof: a step in which employment recruitment information is received from an employer and presented to registrants; a step in which employment interest information for the employment recruitment information is received from a registrant who is interested in responding to the employment recruitment information and is presented to the employer; a step in which employment approval information approving the employment of the registrant associated with the received employment interest information is received from the employer, and is presented to the registrant; a step in which work information indicating that the registrant has been hired in association with the employment recruitment information is acquired on the basis of the employment approval information; and a step in which skill information regarding a skill based on the work information is acquired and the acquired skill information is added in association with stored information regarding the registrant.
