Abstract:
An information processing method according to one embodiment comprises (A) specifying a sleep onset time point and a wake time point on the basis of time series data related to the state of activity of a user, (B) calculating a first intermediate time point that divides the period between the sleep onset time point and the wake time point into two equal parts, and (C) a process that outputs information indicating the time of the calculated first intermediate time point. Furthermore, in the process that outputs the information, a first display element that indicates the position of the first intermediate time point may be added to a graph displaying the sleep period. In addition, a graph to which the first display element has been added may be displayed.
