Abstract:
In this control method, a display screen representing the layout diagram of a building is caused to be displayed by the computer of a portable information terminal at a display, apparatus icons representing each of at least one subject apparatus are displayed on the display screen, the apparatus icons can move by being dragged, the apparatus icons include a dehumidifier icon representing a dehumidifier, and when it is detected that the dehumidifier icon is selected, the dehumidifier icon is moved over the layout diagram, and the dehumidifier icon is dropped, the effective range to which the effect of the dehumidifier extends is displayed in a region corresponding to the room at which the dropping of the dehumidifier icon has been detected in the layout diagram.
