Abstract:
[Problem] To grasp whether employees are in an environment suitable for telework and assist with telework. [Solution] A program to be executed by a computer comprising a processor and memory, wherein the program causes the processor to execute a step in which first information relating to the network communication status of a user is measured, a step in which second information relating to equipment used in the network is acquired, a step in which third information relating to the settings of the equipment is acquired, a step in which a factor that causes communication delays to occur in the network is identified on the basis of the first to third pieces of information, and a step in which the identified factor is presented to the user.
