Abstract:
A progress management system according to the present invention comprises a control unit and a storage unit. The storage unit retains a production plan for one or more products. The production plan includes, for each process operation for producing each product, an allocation of the process operation to equipment, a scheduled start time for the process operation, and a scheduled end time for the process operation. The control unit predicts, on the basis of the production plan, productivity for a case in which a process operation is delayed, and on the basis of a delay amount of a process operation in a case in which it is predicted that the productivity will not satisfy a prescribed standard, generates a proposed change for the production plan and a timing for switching to the proposed change for the production plan such that the productivity satisfies the prescribed standard if a delay of the delay amount has occurred in the process operation.
