Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently create a plurality of subtasks from a parent task. A project management assistance device according to the present invention is provided with: an input unit (14) which receives an input from a user; a task creation unit (11) which creates a plurality of hierarchized tasks that constitute a project; a task management unit (12) which manages fields of the plurality of tasks created by the task creation unit (11), and which sets the fields of the plurality of tasks on the basis of the input from the user; and an information acquisition unit (13) which acquires project definition information including a task model. The task creation unit (11) is provided with a subtask concurrent creation unit (111) which concurrently creates, from one first task of the plurality of tasks, a plurality of first subtasks that are subtasks of the first task, using the task model, and which sets predetermined data or data relating to a field corresponding to the first task in at least a part of a field of each of the plurality of first subtasks.
