Abstract:
The present invention proposes a project management device and method with which it is possible to facilitate the risk management of a project. A project management device and method for managing a project as a hierarchical structure of a plurality of work processes, and storing a document associated with each of the work processes in a folder that is correlated to the associated work process among folders provided in correspondence to each of the work processes, and managing the stored documents, wherein the project management device and method is configured so as to count the number of times each folder is accessed during the work time of each of the work processes when the project is executed, and determine whether or not there is abnormality in the project currently under execution on the basis of the number of times each folder is accessed during the work time of each of the work processes of the project currently under execution and the number of times each folder is accessed during the work time of each of the work processes of a project similar to the project and executed in the past, and display the determination result.
