Abstract:
A projectile tracking method using a pseudo-noise code, and a device therefor are disclosed. A projectile tracking system for tracking a projectile by using a pseudo-noise code, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a beacon processing device which is provided in a projectile so as to acquire a tracking packet signal, and which generates and transmits a response packet signal on the basis of a pseudo-noise code included in the tracking packet signal; and a ground tracking device, which transmits the tracking packet signal to the projectile, acquires the response packet signal, calculates transmission/reception delay time by using a packet reception time determined on the basis of a timing error for the response packet signal, and uses the transmission/reception delay time so as to calculate the distance to the projectile, thereby tracking the flight trajectory of the projectile.
