Abstract:
This projection device (10) is provided with: a high-brightness light source (10A); an illumination optical system (10B) that causes the light exiting the high-brightness light source (10A) to be illumination light; and a projection optical system (10C) that causes the illumination light exiting the illumination optical system (10B) to be projection light. The illumination optical system (10B) and/or the projection optical system (10C) contains optical coupling components (13, 17) that have silicon as the primary component and are coupled using a material that forms silica glass after curing as an adhesive.
