Abstract:
An embodiment according to a technology of the present disclosure provides a projection device having a plurality of modes in which relationships between an incident region and an emission region in an electrooptical panel are different. In the projection device according to an aspect of the present invention, a control unit controls a first mode and a second mode. The first mode is a mode in which a first range of an optical region is set as the incident region and a range within the first range is set as the emission region, and the second mode is a mode in which a second range narrower than the first range of the optical region is set as the incident region, and a range within the second range is set as the emission region.
