A projection instruction device that, on the basis of sensing information for a parcel, generates a projection image that is projected onto the parcel. The projection instruction device comprises a processor and memory. The processor cooperates with the memory to calculate, on the basis of first time information that corresponds to a time at which the parcel was sensed, a location for projecting the projection image.
