Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of projection, and particularly relate to a projection method and a projection device. The projection method comprises: acquiring a projection image and an environmental image of when a projection area is being projected onto, the environmental image comprising an image of when a preset projection picture is being projected onto the projection area or an image of when the projection area is not being projected onto; and on the basis of the projection image and the environmental image, adjusting an aperture, the aperture being used to control the luminous flux being projected onto the projection area. Therefore, by means of adjusting the aperture, the impact of stray light can be reduced, and the relationship between the projection contrast ratio and brightness can be effectively coordinated, causing the the projection contrast ratio and brightness to attain an effective balance, thus improving projection quality.
