Abstract:
[Problem] To achieve a reduction in the entire length of optical systems, a reduction in size, and good correction of various aberrations in a projection optical system. [Solution] A projection optical system is formed by disposing, in order from the reduction side, a first optical system (K1) configured by a plurality of lenses, and a second optical system (K2) configured by one reflecting mirror configured from a convex surface that takes on an aspheric shape, is configured to satisfy the following conditional expression (1): 0.1 < Zf/T12 < 1.0 where T12 is an air space between the first optical system (K1) and the second optical system (K2), and Zf is the amount of displacement in the direction of an optical axis (Z1) from a position (Pbh) at the maximum effective height (hb) on the enlargement-side lens surface (Sb) of a lens (Le1) disposed closest to the enlargement side of the first optical system (K1) to the top (Pbo) of this lens surface, and enlarges and projects an image formed on a conjugate plane on the reduction side on a conjugate plane on the enlargement side.
