In this projection system which includes a plurality of measurement projection devices (100A, 100B) as projection devices which perform position measurement and projection on objects (105, 106), each of the projection devices includes: an invisible light projection unit which projects, onto the objects, measurement light that is invisible light; a light receiving unit which receives reflection light, of the measurement light, reflected by the objects; a calculation unit which calculates position information on the objects on the basis of the reflection light of the measurement light; and a visible light projection unit which projects video content of visible light on the basis of the position information on the objects. In the plurality of projection devices, a first measurement projection device (100A) and a second measurement projection device (100B) project measurement light at different projection timings.
