Abstract:
The present invention relates to a promotable intelligent display device and a promoting method thereof, which can determine a promotion target on the basis of the contextual information perceived through an image recognition means (100), improve the promotion and guide effects by using an image output means and a driving means, and at the same time, induce human-friendly communion. Thus, the invention provides a promotable intelligent display device, comprising: a first image output means (300) which outputs a character image of a predetermined character and a promotion image for a predetermined promotion; a camera (110) which is positioned on the one side of the first image output means (300), and takes a picture of one or more people; an image recognition means (100) which receives the taken image of the camera (110), and outputs at least one contextual information source among position information of one or more people, moving directional information, distance information, number information, and size information; a controlling means (600) which specifies a promotion target at certain time intervals on the basis of the recognized contextual information of the image recognition means (100), determines driving information on the direction and the speed of rotation of the first image output means (300) on the basis of the moving directional information and the position information of the specified promotion target, and determines promotion activities according to the distance information, the number information, and the size information of the promotion target; a voice output means (400) which outputs a promotion voice for the promotion and a character voice of the character on the basis of the promotion activities determined by the controlling means (600); and a first driving means (500) which is connected with the first image output means (300) by a predetermined first connection shaft (502), and enables the rotation of the first image output means (300) through the control of at least one shaft on the basis of the determined driving information and the determined promotion activities.
