Abstract:
The present invention provides a promoter of the differentiation of a pluripotent stem cell into a myocardium, which comprises an EGF receptor inhibitor. The present invention also provides: a kit for promoting the differentiation into a myocardium, which comprises an EGF receptor inhibitor; and a method for inducing the differentiation of a pluripotent stem cell into a myocardium, which comprises culturing the pluripotent stem cell in a culture medium containing an EGF receptor inhibitor.
