1 - Present inventions is promotion tracking and search system that enables the tracking the promotions and discounts that implemented in the stores, shopping through stores that allows placement of orders and display of the catalogs of the stores that alows display of their catalogs and characterized in consisting of following process steps:

- Membership registration of the user (100),

- Searching of products and promotions (101 ),

- Display of promotions(102)

- Display of catalogs (103),

- Display of product information 104),

- Selection of appropriate product ( 105),

- Ordering (106),

- Delivery of the product (107).

- a barcode search area (23) located in the search page (20) included in the software installed in the device (A) where with reading the barcode of the product, promotion, discount, price and location information related to the product is retrieved,

- a voice call (25) in the search page (20) included in the software installed in the device (A), the voice search (25) of consumers informing the voice of the product together with the promotion, discount, price and location information related to the product,

- a list of expiration date of promotions and discounts (14) included in the opening page (10), - a list of new catalogs (15) in which the product catalogs of the stores are included in the opening page (10)

- drag and search (24) area which gives information about promotions and discounts about similar products when search results displayed at result page (30) is dragged.

Description:
PROMOTION TRACKING AND SEARCH SYSTEM

TECHNICAL FIELD

Present invention is related to a mobile and web-compatible promotion tracking and search system that enable consumer to track and search printed catalog, online promotions and instant in-store promotions for planning, buying, ordering, and purchasing the most affordable product from the nearest possible point-of- purchase

Prior Art: In current times, online shopping sites are created as an alternative to actual shopping activity performed in stores and the systems and services utilized during the shopping process are continuously developed with the purpose of customer satisfaction. As consequence, the satisfied customer will prefer these online systems.

In the prior art, online shopping sites and applications are not limited to the nearest store and the cheapest price parameters in product selection. While some systems performs location-based sorting, other systems performs price- based sorting.

There is no system present where promotions and catalogs of all stores can be displayed in prior art. Promotions are transmitted to customers via messages directed to customers by some stores. However, there is no information processing with an online system.

There is no shopping system which product information can be retrieved by reading the barcode of the product prior art. This situation causes customers to be unable to access information when they do not know the model of the product in their hand.

In the patent document with application number of TR 2016/1381 1 referred to in the records of the Turkish Patent Institute, it is stated that "The invention relates to an online shopping system that allows registered members to shop with bills in working hours and said online shopping system is characterized by the fact that the members are allowed to enter and shop within the same hours of the day and week. "

The present invention relates to a shopping system that allows for shopping with using bills.

Yet again the utility model document with the number of TR 2015/01992 referred to in the records of the Turkish Patent Institute, the expression of "The invention is a service providing system that enables users to view/purchase remotely the items desired to be viewed/purchased through a web site or a mobile application and which includes 10 user equipment (1 ) with microphone, loudspeaker, display and internet access capability thatv enables the user to enter and use the application; an IP camera (41 ) that captures an image of items that user wants to see; a wireless microphone (42) for communicating voice of the staff (3) to the user equipment (1 ); a wireless headset 15 (43) that allows the user to receive the information from the staff (3) or communicate its desires; a head part (4) which includes aforementioned IP camera (41 ), microphone (42) and headphone (43) on it; IP camera (41 ) providing communication between said user equipment (l )microphone (42) and headphone (43); the server (2) that enables the microphone (42) and the headphone (43) to be activated or deactivated" The present invention relates to a shopping system that enables communication with a salesperson in a store using a device having a microphone and headset via a web site and a mobile application. In the patent document with application number of TR2015/00455, which referred on the records of the Turkish Patent Institute, it is stated that "the present invention is related to a shopping system that allows intensive working consumer (15) who do not have the opportunity to be at home during the operating hours of the stores, to deliver the product after the working hours or in situations when they come home a couple of days later."

Mobile shopping systems used in the prior the art have the disadvantages mentioned above. Mobile shopping systems are generally used as different systems in fields such as textile, food and etc., and there is not a shopping system in which a single system can be used in all trading operations. There is no mobile promotion tracking and search system is present that contain promotions and discounts from all stores according to the literature search. Clearly, there is a need for a new promotion tracking and search system that is suited to today's technology.

Description of the invention: The present invention is a promotion tracking and search system that can be accessed via web browsers or a software that can be installed on mobile devices and computer devices, that provide information about promotions and discounts to individuals, that provide notification and that allows users to search promotions.

The aim of the invention is to provide a new promotional tracking and search system which enables consumers to be informed about promotions and discounts applied in stores. Another aim of the invention is to enable a new promotional tracking and search system that allows consumers to buy products at the most affordable price. Another aim of the invention is to enable a new promotional tracking and search system which allows consumers to buy their products from the most convenient location. Another aim of the invention is to enable a new promotional tracking and search system that allows consumers to list their favorite products and receive notifications, mails and messages about promotions and discounts initiated about their favorite products. Another aim of the invention is to allow consumers to read a barcode of a product so that they can access information such as the price of the product and what is sold in the store, namely, a promotion tracking and search system.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a new promotional tracking and search system that allows users to access the information and promotions about the product by communicating with a device having a product name microphone.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a new promotional tracking and search system which enables customer to be informed about the product and promotions related to it by photohraphing the product and loading the photograph to the software.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a new promotional tracking and search system that notifies about new catalogs of stores that provide access to the catalogs of the stores.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a new promotional tracking and search system that notifies about discounts and promotions in stores that promotions are about to expire. Another aim of the invention is to provide a new promotional tracking and search system which enables the consumers to receive the products they want to buy at low prices. Another aim of the invention is to provide a state of the art new promotional tracking and search system .

Another aim of the invention is to enable a new promotional tracking and search system that allows retailers to upload promotions by registering to the system.

The invention will be described with reference to the attached figures. The scope of the invention should not be limited to the scope of the figures. The aim of the figures is to improve the expression of the description and the claims and to increase their understanding as much as possible. These Figures are;

Disclosure of the Invention:

The invention is a promotion tracking and search system which enables tracking of the promotions and discounts, shoppng through ordering from stores that allow placement of orders, displaying the catalogs of the stores, and the invention is used through a software that can be installed to a device (A) which can be a telephone or computer or web browser. Device (A) is comprised of a opening page (10), a search page (20) and a results page (30) which is located in the software and web site.

On the opening page (10), a recommendation list (1 1 ) in which the recommended products and promotions are included, a list of recently displayed items (12) in which the items and promotions last displayed by consumer is present, a list of frequently searched items (13) in which prmotions frequently searched by other customers is present, a list of prmotoins whose expiration is coming (14), a list of new catalogs (15), and a favorite list (16) that consumers can add their favorite products or promotions are present. (Figure - 1 ) The search page (20) includes a search box (21 ) in which the name of the product to be searched is written, a filter (22) that limits the search to locations, prices, brands and stores, promotion date and information, a search with barcode area (23) where barcode of the product can be read with a camera containing device (A) in which the software is installed and and the information of the product and related promotions can be viewed, dragging search area (24), where the search results can be dragged and by this way all related promotions and related products in every store is viewed, search with voice button (25) in which the consumer say the name of the product and then microphone on the device (A) discerns the voice and perform the search, a customized search (26) that searches for the individuals previous search results and the products individual had viewed , a photo search that allows searching for photos and promotions with the photo serach (27) ) section. (Figure - 2)

The result page (30) includes a product and promotion list (31 ) in which the search results are located, sorting options (32) in which the results are sorted by price, location, store and brand priorities, a shopping list (33) in which promotions and discount rates are added to receive the rated product. (Figure - 3)

Detailed Description of the Invention:

The present invention includes the following process steps:user registration

(100) , product and promotion search (101 ), promotion display (102), product information display (104), appropriate product selection (105), order placement (106), delivery of the product 107), process steps.

Consumers can register into the system (100) with their other social media accounts or phone numbers. Thereafter, the product and promotion search

(101 ) can be performed through the search page (20) in the software. At the following results page (30) which is displayed after search the following process steps will be followed: the display of the discounts and promotions in the products (102), the display of the catalogs of the shops (103), the display of the product price location and store information (104), the selection of the product with the best price and location (105), ordering of the product from stores that allow order placement (106), and delivery of the product by cargo or other means (107).

The consumers can conduct search by entering store, brand, product name, product code and etc. in the search box (21 ) in the search page (20).

In addition, present invention enables big or small stores can announce instant promotions to the customers bu uploading the relevant information to a special input field into the software database. This will enable the even the smallest retailer can develop instantaneous, daily promotions without requirement of a printed catalog and announce these to the customers. Retailers can make and announce their promotions promotions by subscribing to the application from within the application. Therefore, the invention is a promotion tracking and search system that allows the promotion of discounts and promotions applied to the stores to be followed, ordering from the stores receiving the orders, shopping, displaying the catalogs of the stores and characterized with incuding the following process steps: membership registration of the user (100), searching for products and promotions (101 ), displaying promotions (102), displaying catalogs (103), displaying product information (104), selecting appropriate products (105), ordering (106) and delivery of the product (107) In addition, the invention is a promotional tracking and searching system that enables tracking of the promotion or discounts and promotions applied to the stores, shopig by ordering from the stores receiving the orders, displaying the catalogs of the stores which is characterized with search with barcode (23) property which allows the display of product and promotion properties and location informatio of the products through reading of the barcode of the product to a device (A) in which the software and opening page (20) is installed, audio search (25) which enables customers to reach promotion discount, price, and location information related to the product by saying the name of the product by selecting an option in the opening page (20) that is included in the software installed to the device (A) list of recent catalogs (15), in which product catalogs of stores are provided through an optionincluded in the opening page (10), and drag and search (24) where product information which displayed at the resukts page (30) can be dragged and information similar products, promotions,discounts.
