Abstract:
A propeller assembly method, comprising: using a rivet (17) to pass through a blade (16) and a blade base (15), restricting the blade (16) within a corresponding blade (16) assembly position on the blade base (15), the number of the blades (16) being at least two; applying pressure to the blade base (15) in advance so that different blades (16) are subjected to the same moment of force; and applying a force to the rivet (17) to perform riveting, such that the blade (16) is fixed in the blade (16) assembly position. The invention also relates to an assembly fixture for assembling a propeller and a propeller assembled using the method. The assembly method applies pressure in two steps, facilitating controlling the moment of force acted on the blades during assembly, ensuring the dynamic balance of the blades, and enabling a higher product pass rate.
