A propeller comprises a propeller blade (100). The propeller blade rotates to form a propeller disc. The propeller blade (100) comprises a root portion (101) and a tip portion (102) away from the root portion (101). The propeller blade (100) has a suction side (103), a pressure side (104), a front edge (105) connecting one sides of the suction side (103) and the pressure side (104), and a rear edge (106) connecting the other sides of the suction side (103) and the pressure side (104). A downwardly recessed portion (107) is formed in the propeller blade (100) at a position from 50% to 80% of the length thereof taken from the center of the propeller disc, and extends between the front edge (105) and the rear edge (106). The propeller can reduce air resistance and increase flight efficiency and a flight distance. Also provided are a power assembly (30) and an unmanned aerial vehicle.
