This product is not available at the date I applied for this patent, I am claiming to be the first to offer it to customers, the 'Proper Personalised Game' is an invention/idea by me, Neil Matthews.

There is no restrictions for what format we chose to make the games for, we will be mostly selling to the tablet consumer but we can and will be making the games on the PC and on the consoles as well.

'Proper Personalised Games' is a truly new and unique idea and should be recognised for this.

Proper Personalised Games is an idea to give the customer the chance to design and be in their very own computer game, they will be able to choose what kind of character they are and decide what special moves and abilities each character will have, they will be able to choose their own backgrounds and add their own sounds for characters as well as deciding what the title screen and end screens for their game will be

The customer will define the game from the very start by choosing what Genre it will be, we will have templates to cover all Genres and will be making hybrid ones too (melding two or three Genres together), then the customer chooses the main character(s) and their special abilities or attack moves for each character, this applies to any baddies they want in the game too, they can also have bosses in the game for end battles, these can be anyone they like and will need to have special abilities assigned by the customer, each character will have sound recorded from the person of the customers choice.

Once the customer has chosen all of this and selected or provided us with pictures for the backgrounds in the games levels then we will get to work on making their game.

We will be using simple capture techniques to record the customer doing actions and then to put them into the game, this requires a treadmill and a many number of props for them to choose from.
