A property service management method, a server, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving access control information sent by a client of a user (S103); storing the access control information (S104), wherein the access control information comprises house number information and do-not-disturb time periods information; receiving call request information sent by an access control apparatus (S105); identifying a target user called by the call request information, acquiring access control information of the target user, and comparing the call request information with the access control information of the target user (S106); if the call request information does not match with the access control information, controlling the corresponding access control apparatus to make a normal call so as to prompt the target user to unlock the access control apparatus; and if the call request information matches with the access control information, controlling the corresponding access control apparatus not to call the target user. The method aims to eliminate the inconvenience or unfavorable user experience of conventional access control methods.
