Abstract:
A proportional flow valve (100), comprising a valve shell assembly (1), an electromagnet assembly (2), a valve core assembly, a sealing ring structure, and a pre-tightening force structure. The valve shell assembly (1) forms an annular mounting cavity (a); an air inlet seat (6) is formed on the open end of the annular mounting cavity (a); an air inlet channel (61) that upwardly and downwardly extends is formed in the air inlet seat (6); the electromagnet assembly (2) is used for providing an upward magnetic attraction force; the valve core assembly has an upward moving stroke under the driving of the magnetic attraction force; an air guide channel (b) is formed in the valve core assembly; the inlet of the air guide channel (b) is formed at the lower end of the valve core assembly, and is communicated with the air inlet channel (61); an outlet is formed at the side end of the valve core assembly; the sealing ring structure comprises a sealing ring (41) having an inner ring sleeved on the valve core assembly and an outer ring fixed in the annular mounting cavity (a); and the pre-tightening force structure is provided between the valve core assembly and the inner wall of the annular mounting cavity (a) so as to provide a downward pre-tightening force for the valve core assembly.
