Field of application: Proportioner is designed for storage and precise measuring of bulk food products such as sugar, dried cream, instant coffee, etc., as well as non-food products such as laundry detergents, descaling agents, etc. Summary of invention (utility model): Proportioner for precise measuring of bulk products comprising housing, inlet and outlet holes, measuring device wherein an outlet is a supply spout (1), a housing is an outer container (2), with a guiding frame(3) installed in the center comprising a guiding tube (4) on top, its wider aperture directed to a guiding funnel (5), with the possibility to supply bulk products (7) from a measuring devise represented by an inner container (6). Technical result - simple, cheap, versatile proportioner of bulk products, with a wide range of applications and a wide choice of materials for its manufacture was developed.

CLAIMS

Proportioner for precise measuring of bulk products comprising housing, inlet and outlet holes, measuring device wherein an outlet is a supply spout (1), a housing is an outer container (2), with a guiding frame(3) installed in the center comprising a guiding tube (4) on top, its wider aperture directed to a guiding funnel (5), with the possibility to supply bulk products (7) from a measuring devise represented by an inner container (6).

Description:
P OPO TIONE FOR PRECISE MEASURING OF BULK PRODUCTS

Proportioner is designed for storage and precise measuring of bulk food products such as sugar, dried cream, instant coffee, etc., as well as non-food products such as laundry detergents, descaling agents, etc.

There are domestic and industrial proportioners for bulk products that are widely known:

A device for dosing and/or transportation of powdered and/or granular solid material under low and/or high pressure, which comprises a housing, which is equipped with at least one inlet element including an inlet valve in the inlet area, at least one outlet cone with an outlet valve and at least one linear drive configured to ensure back and forth movement of at least one slotted piston with variable speed; providing that the slotted piston is made at least partly in the form of a hollow element with slot, reverse to the inlet element, and slot, reverse to the outlet cone; providing that the slotted piston is installed on the drive side in the sealed bearing and is sealed in relation to atmosphere, and this slotted piston is installed on the non-drive side in the cleaning bearing, which seals the inlet area from the outlet area against transferring these solid materials into it, and that it comprises the bypass, which connects the inlet area with an outlet area, and that it comprises the reducing valve and loading valve, configured with the ability to create pressure in the inner cavity of the device, which includes the inlet area and the outlet area (Ukrainian patent for invention No. 98948).

This device is characterised with typical manufacturing complexity and high price, and it cannot be used in everyday life.

Household proportioner for loose powder and granular products in the form of measuring spoons, cups, or glasses that are stored outside the packaging or on the packaging, providing that the household proportioner has a hygiene measuring container with a precisely fixed capacity, for example, in the form of rectangular prism, cylinder or aggregate form; providing that the household proportioner has a locking plate, designed for cross-cut separation of a specified amount of product in the container from the total amount of product to be measured, that is made respectably, for example, in the form of rectangle, circle or aggregate form, and located in a slot of measuring container closer to the end of inlet nozzle; providing that the proportioner has a nozzle for unloading the product from the measuring container that is located on the other end of the measuring container; and a cap for opening and closing of this nozzle with a screw, clamp or any other known way to prevent loss that can be secured to the nozzle by any known way (Ukrainian patent for utility model No. 84859).

This device can be used at home but it relates more to the proportioner' s cap, not the proportioner itself.

Technical problem - to create a simple, cheap, versatile proportioner for bulk products, to expand its scope of application (for household and for commercial purposes).

The stated technical problem is solved with the help of a proportioner, which is a container with a certain structure which can hold a precise dose of bulk product according to the pre-set production parameters; it can be a measure of weight or measures focused on common values, such as a teaspoon, tablespoon, portion and others. The proportioner consists of a supply spout (1), an outer container (2), with a guiding frame(3) installed in the center comprising a guiding tube (4) on top, its wider aperture directed to a guiding funnel (5), with the possibility to supply bulk products (7) from an inner container (6).

In the proportioner the bulk product (7) moves within the funnel (5) in a certain direction, i.e. from the point (A) to the point (B), and fills the inner container (6). After turning the dispenser at 160-180 degrees the bulk product (7) moves within the guiding tube (4) from the inner container (6) to the outside, i.e. from the point (B) to the point (C). Thus the inner container (6) ensures that the dose corresponds to specified technological parameters. And a combination of the inner funnel (5) with the inner container (6) ensures the total flow of bulk products (7), i.e. without leaving any residue.

The proportioner can be used both for food and non-food products, depending on the need.

The proportioner can be of single or multiple use, depending on the materials used for its manufacturing, as well as on marketing objectives, business ideas and other necessities.

The proportioner can be of any size, shape and colour depending on the design advantages, corporate standards and other sanitary requirements.

The proportioner can be made using different materials such as plastic, cardboard, wood, metal, glass, etc.

The proportioner is offered for household use and for use in commercial and non-commercial institutions.

The proportioner comprises the following parts:

- is installed in the upper part of the proportioner. It is used for immediate feeding of bulk products (7) shown in Fig.1.

The outer container shown in Fig. 3 (also shown in Fig. 1 (2))

- is an outer shell which comprises the guiding frame (3) in the Fig.1 and the bulk product (7) in Fig. 1 itself.

The guiding frame ensures proportioning and delivery of bulk products (7) in Fig. l .

The guiding frame comprises several parts:

- guiding tube,

- guiding funnel,

- inner container.

The guiding tube (4) shown in Fig. 1

- is used to deliver bulk products (7) shown in Fig.1 from the inner container (6) shown in Fig.1 directly to the supply spout (1) shown in Fig.1 and further out.

The guiding funnel (5) shown in Fig. 1

- ensures that bulk products (7) in Fig. 1 move in the specified direction, i.e. in the direction of the inner container Fig.1 (6) to ensure its subsequent filling.

- ensures total use of bulk product (7) shown in Fig.1.

- provides accurate dosing of bulk products Fig. l (7) according to the specified technological parameters.

Proportioner' s operation principle:

General description of operation is shown in Fig.1.

In the proportioner the bulk product (7) moves within the funnel (5) in a certain direction, i.e. from the point (A) to the point (B), and fills the inner container (6). After turning the dispenser at 160-180 degrees the bulk product (7) moves within the guiding tube (4) from the inner container (6) to the outside, i.e. from the point (B) to the point (C). Thus the inner container (6) ensures that the dose corresponds to specified technological parameters. And a combination of the inner funnel (5) with the inner container (6) ensures the total flow of bulk products (7), i.e. without leaving any residue. Industrial application:

The author developed technical documentation and created a prototype - a working model. Batch series production is under preparation.

Technical result - simple, cheap, versatile proportioner of bulk products, with a wide range of applications and a wide choice of materials for its manufacture was developed.
