Abstract:
A photograph acquisition unit (201) acquires a photograph photographed by a portable terminal (100) from a storage unit in which the photograph is preserved. A location acquisition unit (202) acquires the location of the portable terminal (100). An estimation unit (203) estimates a situation in which the user of the portable terminal is placed, on the basis of the acquired photograph and the acquired location. A selection unit (204) selects a commodity that corresponds to the estimated situation and an advertisement for the commodity. An advertisement transmission unit (205) transmits the selected advertisement to the portable terminal. A determination unit (206) determines the time limit of application for the transmitted advertisement on the basis of the acquired location.
