Abstract:
A propulsion device 1 comprises a thrust generation device 11 and an inverse rotational force generation device 70. The thrust generation device is configured to generate thrust in one direction perpendicular to the central axis, and to generate a rotational force in the circumferential direction. The inverse rotational force generation device is connected to the thrust generation device and is configured to generate a rotational force in the inverse direction to the rotational force generated by the thrust generation device.
