Abstract:
A propulsion type energy-saving floor heating-based construction equipment, comprising an equipment housing (1), a fixed support (2), a translation support (3), a fixed bolt (4), a floor heating and cutting box (5), a floor heating placement groove (6), a cutting limiter (7) and a clamping manipulator (8); the fixed support (2) is disposed above the equipment housing (1), and the translation support (3) is disposed above the fixed support (2), the fixed bolt (4) being disposed above the translation support (3); the floor heating and cutting box (5) is mounted above the fixed bolt (4), and the floor heating placement groove (6) is mounted above the floor heating and cutting box (5); the cutting limiter (7) is mounted above the floor heating placement groove (6), and the clamping manipulator (8) is mounted above the cutting limiter (7); a hydraulic propulsion cylinder (9) is mounted below the clamping manipulator (8), and an mounting control box (10) is mounted below the hydraulic propulsion cylinder (9); a floor heating transport platform (11) is mounted below the installation control box (10), and a floor heating outlet port (12) is mounted above the floor heating transport platform (11), a servo drive motor (13) being mounted above the floor heating outlet port (12). Mechanics are used to install heating floors, resulting in high installation efficiency, such that a large amount of labor costs may be saved.
