Abstract:
Provided are: a propylene homopolymer composition for a capacitor film, which has excellent film high temperature withstand voltage properties and thin film stretching properties; a method for producing same; and a capacitor film. The propylene homopolymer composition for a capacitor film is characterized by containing 50-99 mass % of (A1) a propylene homopolymer having prescribed characteristics and 1-50 mass % of (B1) a propylene homopolymer having prescribed characteristics, and characterized in that (i) the melt flow rate (MFR) is 1.0-10.0 g/10 min and (ii) the chlorine content is 2 ppm by mass or less.
