Title:
PROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION, MOLDED BODY, AND CONTAINER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/139125
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A propylene resin composition that does not hinder high-speed formability, even for thin, lightweight products, and that makes it possible to form a container for chilled contents that is both transparent and impact resistant. The propylene resin composition includes 82–92 parts by mass of a propylene polymer (A) that satisfies conditions (A1)–(A5), 8–18 parts by mass of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (B) that satisfies conditions (B1) and (B2) (provided that the total of components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by mass), and 0.1–0.6 parts by mass of a nucleating agent (D). (A1) Has an MFR at 230°C/2.16 kg of 1–100 g/10 min. (A2) Is 88–96 mass% a portion (Dinsol) that is insoluble in room-temperature n-decane and 4–12 mass% a portion (Dsol) that is soluble in room-temperature n-decane (provided that Dinsol+Dsol=100 mass%). (A3) The ethylene-derived skeleton content of Dinsol is 0.2–6 mass%. (A4) The ethylene-derived skeleton content of Dsol is 20–30 mass%. (A5) The intrinsic viscosity [η] of Dsol in 135°C decalin is 1.0–2.5 dl/g. (B1) Has an MFR at 190°C/2.16 kg of 0.5–50 g/10 min. (B2) Has a density of 886–920 kg/m3.
