Abstract:
A prostate gland removal device, comprising an endoscope apparatus, a gland fixing apparatus, a gland fragmenting apparatus (73), and a cleaning and extracting apparatus. The endoscope apparatus comprises a first catheter (50) and a gland enucleating component (52). The gland fixing apparatus comprises a second catheter (54) and an anchoring component (56). The front end of the second catheter (54) is sharp, and can pass through an opening in the skin to enter the abdominal cavity and pierce the bladder to enter the inside of the bladder. The anchoring component (54) comprises a tip (60) formed at the front end and an anchoring part (57) formed near the front end. The gland fragmenting apparatus (73) can be guided through the first catheter (50) or the second catheter (54) to an enucleated gland (22) fixed by the anchoring component (54) and fragment said gland into gland fragments. The cleaning and extracting apparatus can inject a cleaning liquid into the bladder through the first catheter (50) or through the first catheter (50) and the second catheter (54), and draw out the cleaning liquid together with the gland fragments. The prostate gland removal device is low-cost and easy to operate, and has a good surgical effect. Also disclosed is a corresponding removal method.
