Abstract:
This invention discloses a protease with amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO.1 or having amino acid sequence of which more than 80% homology to sequence of SEQ ID NO.1. Furthermore, this invention discloses primers with sequences of SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.3 which are used for constructing the expression plasmid of said protease. Additionally, this invention discloses preparation method of the protease comprising the following steps: 1) amplification of Trichoderma reesei gene; 2) construction of expression plasmid of the Trichoderma reesei protease; 3) transformation of Trichoderma reesei and screening for strains with high level expression of protease. This invention also discloses the use of the protease in beer saccharification.
