Abstract:
An image forming apparatus including a communication device, a processor, a memory, and a user interface device is provided. By executing instructions stored in the memory and based on an operation sensed by the image forming apparatus, the processor detects a first event corresponding to a start of use of the first image forming apparatus by a first user, performs, based on the first event, at least one image forming job requested by the first user, detects a second event corresponding to an end of the use of the image forming apparatus by the first user, and deletes, based on the second event, information of the first user stored in the image forming apparatus during a usage period from a time when the first event is detected to a time when the second event is detected.
