A protection circuit of a bidirectional converter (13) and a power consumption system having a power-storage function. The protection circuit is applied to a power consumption system having a power-storage function, and comprises: a single-power sampling circuit (41), which is connected to a bidirectional converter (13) in the power consumption system, and which is used for acquiring a first voltage signal (V1) of the bidirectional converter (13); a primary processing circuit (43), which is connected to the single-power sampling circuit, and which is used for processing the first voltage signal (V1), so as to obtain a second voltage signal (V2); a comparison circuit (45), which is connected to the primary processing circuit (43), and which is used for comparing a reference voltage signal (Vref1, Vref2) with the second voltage signal (V2) and outputting a comparison result signal; a secondary processing circuit (47), which is connected to the comparison circuit (45), and which is used for performing a protection operation on the basis of the comparison result signal. The protection circuit solves the technical problem wherein a bidirectional converter in a power consumption system having a power storage function has a complicated protection circuit.
