Abstract:
A protection circuit includes an input circuit that is configured to output a supply voltage to a processing circuit multiple times upon power-on of power source or after power-on of power source and output the supply voltage to an output circuit each time after a preset time elapses since the supply voltage is output to the processing circuit; a processing circuit that is configured to compare the supply voltage with a first voltage threshold, compare the supply voltage with a second voltage threshold, and output the first voltage threshold to the output circuit when the supply voltage is greater than the second voltage threshold but less than or equal to the first voltage threshold; and the output circuit that is configured to compare the supply voltage with the first voltage threshold, and output the supply voltage to supply power to a to-be-protected circuit when the supply voltage is less than or equal to the first voltage threshold.
