Abstract:
Provided are a protection device, a power supply device and a terminal. The protection device comprises a first over-voltage protection unit (11), a surge protection unit (12) and a second over-voltage protection unit (13). The first over-voltage protection unit, the surge protection unit, the second over-voltage protection unit and a unit to be protected (21) are successively connected, in ascending order of distance from a power source end VBUS, in parallel between the power source end VBUS and a ground end; the first over-voltage protection unit and the second over-voltage protection unit are respectively used for protecting, when a direct-current voltage loaded thereon is equal to or larger than a corresponding threshold value, a unit that is connected in parallel between the power source end VBUS and the ground end and has a distance further away from the power source end VBUS than themselves from being affected by the direct-current voltage; and the surge protection unit is used for protecting, when a surge occurs in a voltage or a current loaded thereon, a unit that is connected in parallel between the power source end VBUS and the ground end and has a distance further away from the power source end VBUS than itself, from being affected by the surge. The present invention solves the surge problem on a VBUS circuit, and can also solve the direct-current high-voltage problem on the VBUS circuit, thereby reducing a customer return rate, and improving the user experience.
