Abstract:
A protection element (100), comprising a fusing assembly. The fusing assembly comprises: an insulating substrate (1), a conductive element (2), a heating element (3) and a storage agent (4). A penetrating through hole (11) is formed on the insulating substrate (1). The heating element (3) is arranged on one side of the insulating substrate (1). The conductive element (2) is arranged on the other side of the insulating substrate (1). A fusing cavity (5) is defined between the conductive element (2) and the heating element (3) and the through hole (11) of the insulating substrate (1). The conductive element (2) comprises a fusing part (21) opposite to the fusing cavity (5). The storage agent (4) is located in the fusing cavity (5). The protection element (100) is constructed such that when the heating element (3) is warmed up to a temperature triggering the storage agent (4) to produce a chemical reaction, the storage agent (4) produces a chemical reaction and releases gas so as to impact the fusing part (21) on the conductive element (2).
