Disclosed are a protection system of a refrigeration device and a protection method for the safe operation of a compressor. The protection system comprises: a measurement module (100), wherein the measurement module (100) is used for measuring real-time data of a refrigeration cycle; a data collection module (200), wherein the data collection module (200) is electrically connected to the measurement module (100), and is used for collecting the real-time data measured by the measurement module (100); and a control module (300), wherein the control module (300) is electrically connected to the data collection module (200), and is electrically connected to a compressor (10),
and the control module (300) is configured to control the powering-on or powering-off of the compressor (10) according to the real-time data collected by the data collection module (200).
