In the present invention, a protective case is provided for a portable charger incorporating a charging battery and for a mobile phone attached thereto, with the case serving to strengthen a coupling, joining force while also being able to stably protect not only the mobile phone but also the charger from external shocks when the mobile phone is attached to the charger. To this end, the invention is formed from silicone which is a flexible material, just the front face of the invention being open such that an assembly comprising the mobile phone attached to the portable charger incorporating the battery is coupled or detached via the front face and such that the screen of the mobile phone is visible when coupled, and a charger-securing and coupling, strengthening projection for securing the edge of the charger is formed in a corresponding internal position, and even if one part does come off due to an external force, the part will be restored straightaway to its original state because of the properties of the flexible material, and thus the charger is secured while at the same time the state of coupling of the assembly comprising the mobile phone attached to the charger is strengthened.
