Abstract:
The present invention relates to a protective case for a portable terminal, which autonomously and constantly charges the portable terminal using sunlight, and which can perform the function of a magnifying glass using a camera disposed in the portable terminal. For this purpose, the protective case for a portable terminal comprises: a second case unit, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of a rear surface of the portable terminal, which has a through-hole shaped so as to outwardly expose an external camera of the portable terminal, and which is removably attached to the rear surface of the portable terminal; a solar charging module which is arranged at the rear surface of the second case unit and which has a solar cell and a battery pack; and a joining member which has an inner space for accommodating the solar charging module therein, which is coupled to the rear surface of the second case unit, and which has a connection plug for charging arranged at the side surface of said inner space, wherein the connection plug has a shape so as to be connectible to a data transmission port of the portable terminal, and wherein the connection plug is electrically connected to the battery pack.
