A protective case and a socket device, relating to the technical field of electric device waterproof. The protective case comprises a case cover (1), a case base (2), and a sealing assembly. The case cover (1), the case base (2) and the sealing assembly form a sealed cavity for accommodating a socket and a plug, the case cover (1) covers the case base (2), and the side wall of the protective case is provided with a wiring structure for wire of the plug to extend out. The protective case has good sealing performance, and can prevent water, dust, and oil smoke from entering a socket, thereby ensuring the dryness and cleanliness of the socket and a plug, improving the safety of the socket, and facilitating safety utilization of electric power. Moreover, the protective case can prevent water, dust, and oil smoke from entering socket holes of the socket and causing damages to the socket holes, thereby prolonging the service life of the socket.
